Orly Reznik is the founding attorney at Reznik Law, PLLC and practices in the areas of estate planning and business succession planning. She has worked extensively with small businesses on entity selection, business formation, and corporate organization documents to ensure that businesses have effective succession plans.  Additionally, Orly has worked with hundreds of families on estate planning, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and health care planning documents. ​

In 2007, Orly graduated, with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law.  Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree, also with honors, from Washington University in St. Louis Missouri.  Immediately after graduating law school, Orly joined the law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C, as an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation department.  In 2009, Orly left New Jersey to begin a new adventure with her family in North Carolina.  Once established in the community, Orly served as in-house counsel for a real estate management company where she assisted in all aspects of business operation including, drafting and negotiating leases, eviction proceedings, new business entity formation and organization.  Then, in 2014, Orly began working with a law firm focused on estate planning and business law.​

Orly lives in Cary, North Carolina with her husband and two young children.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending theater and arts productions, and volunteering in her community.  She is the Programs Chairperson of the Horton’s Creek Elementary School PTA.  Additionally, Orly is a member of the Northwest Cary Community Connection, a volunteer based citizen activist group that works to increase awareness of community needs in West Cary.  Orly is a graduate of the Town of Cary School of Government and a member of The Cary Theater Programming Advisory Board.  The Programming Advisory Committee works with Town of Cary staff to provide input on types of events held at The Cary Theater, including development of community celebrations, film selections, events and film festivals. The Programming Advisory Committee also recommends policies regarding theater programs and helps promote cooperative partnerships between The Cary Theater and the community.

Orly has been practicing law since 2007 and truly enjoys her job!  She loves her job so much that she is currently pursuing a master degree in tax law so she can be an even better resource to her clients!
