Reznik Law is thrilled to welcome Betsy Martin to our estate planning practice! Elizabeth “Betsy” Martin, brings extensive experience from her decades of practice in the Triangle area. Prior to joining Reznik Law, Betsy was the owner and managing attorney for Betsy Martin Law, PLLC, where she focused on estate planning.
Betsy is a client-centered attorney and developed a reputation for serving our community with strong ethics and a heart for helping families. Betsy graduated from UNC School of Law in 2002, clerked at the NC Court of Appeals, and then practiced in the areas of civil litigation, family law, corporate law, and appellate law, before focusing on estate planning.
Betsy is a dedicated community servant and enjoys volunteering on area nonprofit boards of directors. In 2020, the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys awarded Betsy the Gwyneth B. Davis Public Service Award as a lifetime achievement award in recognition of her manner of living and method of practicing law for the benefit of our community. Betsy lives in Durham with her spouse and two teenagers.
